For at undgå diverse tilsætningsstoffer og sprøjtemidler, vælgere flere og flere at købe økologisk. Men du kan også vælge at dyrke dem selv.

Måske er din første tanke, det har jeg da slet ikke tid til. Det er svært nok at finde tiden til at komme ud og løbe hver uge. Det er fuldt forståeligt, sådan har de fleste det. Men derfor gælder det om at dyrke sine grøntsager på en smart og nem måde. Prøv eksempelvis at købe nogle kapilærkasser til agurker. Disse kasser gør nemlig hele processen meget nemmere, for de er selvvandende.

Det betyder at du bare skal sørge for at fylde kassen op med vand en gang imellem og så vil kassen selv sørge for at de planter der er i den, får den nødvendige mængde vand. Denne funktion gør at du langt sjældnere skal huske at vande dine planter og dermed falder risikoen for at de tørre ud og dør, inden du har noget at høste de lækre agurker.

Bærbuske passer næsten sig selv

En anden nem måde at dyrke egne ting på er ved at investere i nogle bærbuske. Disse holder nemlig i flere år og skal som regel bare beskæres en gang om året. Men da de står udenfor og for hvert år der går får et bedre rodnet, så kan de langt nemmere sørge for at optage den nødvendige mængde vand selv. Det vil sige at du blot skal nyde de lækre bær der kommer på buskene.

Der findes et væld af bærbuske du kan vælge imellem. Det kunne være hindbær, blåbær, ribs eller brombær. Alle sammen lækre at snacke på, men også gode i smoothies, på desserter eller i kager.
